About Me
The Storyteller of Interviewing
I’m a proud Welsh valley boy, born and raised in the small village of Llangynwyd, nestled in the heart of South Wales. My journey began in a Welsh-speaking school where, like many others with dyslexia at the time, I faced challenges that went largely unrecognized. While traditional education didn’t serve me well, life became my greatest teacher.
Over the past decade, I’ve carved out a unique path as a business and life coach, with a speciality in deep-dive legacy interviewing. My journey has taken me across the globe, interviewing and coaching individuals from every walk of life—everyday people cherished by generations, visionary entrepreneurs, cultural influencers, change-makers, celebrated public figures, and unsung heroes with stories that move the soul.
Through thousands of hours and hundreds of interviews, I’ve developed a signature interview style that doesn’t just ask questions—it uncovers purpose, legacy, and emotional truth. I believe every story is layered, and each memory holds a message worth bringing back to life. I work deeply, researching, listening, and crafting each story over months, bringing clarity to the chaos and meaning to every moment lived.
My passion for storytelling extends beyond one-on-one coaching. I’m the host of a radio show on UK Health Radio, reaching over 1.5 million listeners, and I’ve built a presence on YouTube and other platforms, sharing stories that move, inspire, and empower.
With over twenty years of entrepreneurial experience and deep respect within the business world, I’ve had the honour of interviewing some of the most successful business figures and the privilege of holding space for people who’ve overcome life’s deepest traumas.
They call me the storyteller of interviewing—and that title carries great responsibility. My mission is to recycle redundant memories into present-day power, helping others reclaim their narratives and turn their past into legacy.
