Client Responsibility: Travel & Accommodation Requirements

To ensure the highest quality production and a smooth filming experience, please review the following requirements regarding travel, accommodation, and venue arrangements for both UK-based and international clients.

UK-Based Clients: Covered Expenses

All departure and arrival travel expenses must be covered by the client, including the following:

1. Film Location / Venue Hire

  • Venue hire for each day of filming must be arranged and paid for in advance by the client.

  • Considerations for Venue Selection:

    • The setting should reflect your personality and values.

    • Prioritize natural lighting, quiet surroundings, and privacy to create the best filming environment.

    • Good acoustics are ideal, though we can work around most challenges.

    • Avoid selecting a venue based solely on luxury or status—choose a space that feels authentic and allows your story to shine.

    • Vibrant or pastel wall colours have minimal impact; instead, focus on creating a warm, professional, and comfortable atmosphere.

2. Accommodation for Filming Team

  • Two single rooms required for the duration of the trip, and to be confirmed during package booking.

  • Accommodation Standards:

    • Clean, comfortable, local hotels or bed and breakfasts are preferred.

    • Breakfast included and parking availability are ideal.

    • Proximity to the filming location is important due to the transport of sensitive and heavy production equipment.

    • Well-rested crew ensures optimal performance and energy during your filming experience.

      UK Package Pricing

      Full Documentary Package

      Price: £3,500 (excluding client-covered expenses)
      To secure your booking and reserve your production schedule, a 50% deposit is required upon confirmation.

      Optional Add-On: Memory Lane Film Package

      • Extend your storytelling experience with an additional one days filming dedicated to exploring special locations, memories, or chapters of your life: £1000 (This is supplementary to the one full filming day included in the standard package.)

      • Additional Filming Days: £1,200 per day (This is supplementary to the one full filming day included in the standard package.)

        These day are useful if you wish to add another layer of fine detail to your life story by inviting in your family, friends to be filmed and interviewed, or visiting a finer detail of memorabilia to be filmed into your episodes.

For clients based outside the UK, the following must be arranged and covered:

1. Travel & Transfers

  • Return flights (economy class) for two adults to a UK airport (London, Bristol, or Cardiff).

  • Transfers to and from the client’s residence and chosen airport.

  • Transport to and from the filming location and accommodation.

    • If preferred, the client may arrange a rental vehicle. A full UK driver’s license is held for this purpose.

2. Film Location / Venue Hire

  • Venue hire for each filming day must be pre-arranged and paid for by the client.

  • Guidelines for Venue Selection:

    • Select a space that aligns with your story and values.

    • Natural light, visual aesthetics, sound quality, and filming privacy are all key factors.

    • Authenticity over luxury: the right location enhances the emotional and visual quality of your documentary.

3. Accommodation for Filming Team

  • Two single rooms required for the duration of the trip, and to be confirmed during package booking.

  • Accommodation Standards:

    • A good-quality local hotel or B&B with breakfast included.

    • Ideally located near or at the filming venue for ease of equipment transport and timely setup.

    • On-site or nearby parking is essential.

    • A well-rested team ensures optimal focus, creativity, and professionalism on filming days.
